BP Solar modules are made of polycrystalline silicon PV cells coated with a patented anti-reflective titanium dioxide, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) that is laminated to a low iron, tempered glass superstrate with tedlar backing. BP also has monocrystalline available as well. The frames are made of bronze-anodized aluminum alloy. These modules are UL listed, andFM approved. Each module is individually tested and labeled for output. BP Solar modules have a limited 25 year warranty on modules of 70 watts or higher. The first 12 years guarantee at least 90% power output with the remaining 13 years pro-rated. There is a limited 10 year warranty on 30 watt or smaller modules of 90% power output.

BP Solar SX universal mount series panels modules have a 2" thick frame with a large junction box which provides space for series parallel connections as well as allowing the addition of an SRX charge regulator or the ATK option

BP Solar SX direct mount series panels have a mount system that is ready to easily mount to a flat surface. Each module has a small low profile sealed junction box with a 15' jacketed two wire conductor. This type of module is best used with just one or two modules and is best suited for use on an RV or boat.
