The AIR 403
has improved on the already revolutionary features of the original
wind module. It has stronger, all carbon fiber reinforced blades
and advanced airfoils designed to achieve higher output and
reduced noise. The passive-pitch speed-control system has no
moving parts to wear out. Newly designed and more efficient
windings in the alternator enable the 403 to deliver 400
watts at 28 mph and produce 20 kWh per month with an average wind
speed of 9mph. |

The Air
Marine 403 starts producing
power with just 6 knots of wind and produces over 400 watts at 24
knots wind speed. Its designed to be light weight for use on
sailboats of all sizes. The AIR Marine 403 has fully sealed
electronics, with a highly corrosion-resistant powder coat finish.
This, and the aircraft-quality cast aluminum construction assures
you years of maintenance-free operation. |
